- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My therapist doesn't help me. She doesn't ask questions about how I'm doing, it's just a 45 min talk about stuff I been doing this summer. Didn't ask me about how I feel, doesn't give me any kind of advice about what I should do to avoid issues. Doesn't give me any tips or advice to help change my thinking.
